Bell Info Tech Limited was set up by Matt Bell.
He has worked for over 10 years in IT, most
of that time was spent as the IT manager for a rapidly growing construction,
rail and house building company. Several
times he had to outsource certain jobs and often felt let down by the service
offered by the suppliers, feeling that they were not delivering what they had
promised during the consultation.
We
take responsibility for the full project from specification to installation to
training. We have no salesmen so we have no sales targets and we keep our overheads
to a minimum so
we can offer low prices.
Our business approach consists of some simple principles:
- work with the client - design a solution around the client's needs
- aim to exceed expectations and deliver at least what has been asked for
- communicate with the client at all stages
- offer a price which keeps all parties happy
- take responsibility for every stage of the project
- the client's word is final
We believe if we adhere to these simple rules then we are ticking all the
right boxes for the client and therefore giving ourselves the best chance to
maintain our 100% repeat business target.
